About Me
My name is Pete Wehmeyer.  I am a degreed Mechanical Engineer with 20 years of experience designing industrial machinery, injection molds, and military vehicles.  I have also completed training from AHIT to become a competent home inspector and joined three professional organizations:  ASHI - the American Soceity of Home Inspectors (and the local Heartland chapter), the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), and the Midwest Association of Home Inspectors (MAHI - a local chapter).  All of these organizations stress continuing education to keep the home inspection industry valuable and useful to clients.

My engineering background provides the knowledge of science, how systems interact, and attention to detail that you deserve in your home inspection.  I will strive to provide an inspection report that is both thorough and easy to understand.

I may not be the cheapest home inspector, but ask yourself:  would I want the cheapest heart surgeon or the cheapest tattoo artist?  Treat your investment right and get a certified, intelligent, and competent home inspector.
